Last week, CGS released its fourth PhD Career Pathways data brief, which discusses career transitions of PhD alumni. Key findings show that PhD career pathways are less linear than is often supposed, with movements between employment sectors (e.g. business, government, and non-profit sectors and academia) for recent graduates as well as those 8- and 15-years post-graduation. You can read the full data brief on the CGS website as well as learn more about the PhD Career Pathways project.
